If you are looking for your next property, rest assured, we are a friendly team and when you apply for a property, we follow a clear, simple process to make your potential move as “hassle free” as possible. When living in a property we manage, we endeavour to make sure your property is maintained in good order; is safe and secure; and complies with relevant regulations. In return, our Landlords expect us to ensure their property is looked after and the rent is paid on time.
The Letting Process
Due to the busy nature of the lettings market, when you initially enquire about a property, we will ask you to complete a registration form, letting us know some information about you and anyone else occupying the property.
If your circumstances match the Landlord’s criteria, we will organise a viewing and provide you with digital application forms to complete to apply for the property.If your application is successful, we will ask you to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent to secure the property whilst we carry out our referencing process. Please be aware that should you apply for a property without declaring information that is important to your application (such as a county court judgement) you risk losing both the property and your holding deposit.
Once referencing has been successfully completed, we will draw up your tenancy agreement, which we will ask you to sign digitally and then make arrangements for a convenient time to move you into the property.
