Rent Collection and Compliance

Adding Compliance Support to our Rent Collection Service means that as well as the rent being managed, you also have confidence in knowing you comply with any legal and/or council selective licensing requirements – yet you still retain control of day-to-day matters relating to your property.

  • Two property inspections per annum to monitor condition of your property, as required under selective licensing rules. Any fire or security alarms installed will be tested and recorded as such, during the inspection.
  • Arranging annual gas certificate & boiler service with your preferred plumber or our own (plumber invoice charged at cost).
  • Arranging EPC, EICR & PAT certificate renewals as required, with your preferred electrician or our own (contractor invoices charged at cost).
  • Certificate & report holding service for speedy access to documents as required.
