With this in mind, Woo offer two Tenant Find packages, with both standard Tenant Find and also Tenant Find Lite available as a more cost-effective option suitable for thoseLandlords who want to take a more hands-on approach from the outset.
With our Tenant Find service we handle viewings, tenant selection and move-in.We carry out comprehensive references and prepare all the legal paperwork on your behalf and you then take over, getting the property ready for letting and moving your tenants in.
